Through all this book, the theme is bravery, because it is the motive of her faction, and Tris has gone through hard times and tragedies but she still moves on and doesn’t looks back. She has to put her life in risk fighting against people that are trying to exterminate the divergents and do the impossible to find them. Tris is a very brave girl, because even though she is a divergent she fights for herself and for all the divergents and she is not ashamed of being one, even she is kind of proud of being a divergent.
